Only problem I had was comparing filing jointly to married but separately, the comparison assumed in I claimed the $5000 limit for state and local taxes, my wife automatically claims the max $5000 for hers, regardless of whether she paid that much or not. It provided a false sense that filing separately saved money.

I've used this software for several years without any problems. However this year I had some unusual items to work with. I thought that the support for questions was included in the price - it's not! There are plenty of free filing options out there - and maybe I can find support without paying an additional fee.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Very good. Only suggestion would be to make it clearer from the beginning if you are filing Office at Home that mortgage interest and property taxes are filed there and niot on Sch A.
