For some reason the program did not include the tax credit for purchase of electric vehicles. Given the popularity of these cars now, this is inexcusable.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

This is the eighth year in a row I have used H&R Block software and I plan on doing so again next year. This is so easy to use, accurate, has great explanations, why would I try anything else? I’m on a subscription, so I get it automatically every year. I simply import last year’s return, import W2’s and other documents from this year, answer a few questions and I’m done. I submit the return electronically, it is always accepted by the IRS, and a short time later my refund is electronically deposited to my bank account. Done and done! See you again next year, and thank you for a great product,
