The cost continue going up, but it's the same old engine. They program looks dated. Has more than a few bugs. Some require closing and reopening the program, or at least restarting the module to get the math right. I'm not as confident in the results as I was a few years ago. I have to double/triple check everything.

Did a simple standard filing, but spend hours trying to submit, it would not submit until it updated , but couldn't due to error when trying to update. Went through process multiple times then finally submitted, very frustrating
