Pros: Easy to prepare

I like the software, but you charge to much for State and State e-flies. I live on a border State and file State taxes x 2 a year which is quite costly. The cost and file tend to be more then the refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Problem with number of included federal filings

Software was ok, did not like that I only got 2 federal electronic filings . Third one said that all free ones were used. Supposed to be 5 federal filings included
