the interview is thorough. But the interface needs an update. Additionally, didnt like the fact that I had to buy another copy to get a second state return. My switch to another application or online.

Couldn’t use to file state taxes

I couldn’t file the my state taxes electronically. Pennsylvania didn’t appear on list of states to be selected. I tried steps to obtain updated installer, but was told with each of several attempts that the “Patch” was not available. I tried to call the toll free phone # also so I was forced to file manually this year. I have used your software every year since 2020 successfully. Really disappointed!!! Will recommend to a phone, but not if I have same problem next year.
