I have used this program back when it was tax cut. This is more than 35 years. I am 95 years old. I intend to buy the program for the next tax year. This time I will need help because of poor vision.

Someone with limited knowledge of taxes that has a slightly complicated tax return probably would have difficulties. I am more knowledgeable than most and can see that such a person can easily get confused.

I didn't like it. Filled it out but was told I had to file by mail. Paid for nothing. Still waiting for refund after 3 months. Back to TurboTax next year.

I have been using this software over 20 years. Never used anything else. I have had minor issues a couple if times, but the support folks were always able to get them resolved.

Pension problems the software did not like a box was not filled out so I had to mail the state return in .. there was nothing to guide me as to why it had the problem
