The platform said needed to have a higher version of Mac but seems I got around it and able to the taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Very Poor Error correcting!

Everything went very well until I had the program check my completed forms. Then the software made me fill in spaces on my 1099-R forms that were not on my original 1099-R forms that I had received in the mail!!! I had a TERRABLE time trying to find how to make these changes! Now I am worried that I might be audited because of these changes!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Printing

Our state requires copy of 1040 to be filed along with state return. Cannot select individual page to print alone. Program used to allow this. If something goes wrong with printer before getting entire document printed, it would be better if i could select only the pages i need to do rather than having to print entire thing again.

I’ve been a customer for 5+ years and normally have no issues with the product. The last two years have been disappointing and I had State return problems last year and this year my return has not yet been processed due to security concerns with the IRS. I had better luck when I filed myself.

I have used the software for well over 15 years. I feel confident in it's calculations. My one comment is that it can be difficult to go back in the program to review input on forms.
