I was on the phone for almost two hour with someone and they were not able to fix the problem. They said that someone will get back to me, and now it's been 6 days and I haven't heard from anyone.

Does work okay. Just takes a bit to find some of the more specialized items for some tax items. The review at the end picks up on "errors", but it is sometimes hard to figure out what to change. It is also a pain when you want to remove something you checked, like a deduction, but it requires you to go into the process for the form to "remove it", but it doesn't take the check box off. Other than that it works great.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
