I've been downloading and using the H&R Block Federal Tax program to file my annual income tax return for several years. It has several features among which is the Final Accuracy Review that evaluates the accuracy of the return and if there are any problems that should be reviewed before e-filing the return.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used your software for years, but I had problems with some of the items this year (e.g., "correction window") and I didn't feel I had anyone to talk to about it. Also, in general I wish I could go back to previous years and see the details of the entries I had made so I could think about those entries better this year.

Bought online and used right away. For some reason (and this has happened in past years) when I try to save the Federal & state returns as pdf documents, the software freezes and won't complete the task. I tried multiple times and ensured I changed the printer to what was recommended. Finally had to print them off and then scan and save on my own. Frustrating.
