I use this software for the past many years, over 10. It is easy to use but I have some suggestions: It does not import things that are pretty much constant such as driver's license, checking account, adjusted gross income from previous year. I wish it would import everything. It is easier to change than to retype. The print function does not allow to uncheck some items. For example, i do not want to print instructions when I do a final print. Also, I wish the price would not be going up this fast

The federal software worked fine. However, the VA state software failed to prompt me that $30,000 of my military retired pay would not be taxed, and so I filed and now have to file a corrected VA state return.
I don't feel like this is my fault, it is the fault of your software. I wonder how many other retired military members living in VA will miss out completely on this deduction due to your incomplete and inaccurate software.

Overall the tax software allowed me to complete two tax returns and submit to the feds and state.
I was unable to finish a third return because I was unable to import a couple forms for the sale of a home. I’ve used TurboTax for over 20 years and had no problems finishing returns, because the forms and worksheets were there automatically.
The deluxe version wasn’t enough to finish this third return. I downloaded the premium version and this version wasn’t much better.
