Overall, good but a few glitches that wasted time
on April 1, 2025

Overall, a great software package. I was a bit frustrated when the software stated that there was a tax reduction for seniors in Virginia. I wasted some time trying to figure out how to get that reduction. If the software had stated that there is an income limit to acquire the reduction, it would have saved me a lot of time.

Overall the program is okay but not including Form 8911 to get the tax credit for an EV charger forced me to fill out the form manually, make a lot of overrides and paper file. Grrr!

I already sent feedback, but can answer this again. Overall good, but every year it asks to charge me to efile state only to come back and say it can’t. It also says I need to include extra statements but doesn’t include templates on what the extra stuff is I need to mail to the state. So good but not great.
