Software works but update process doesn't on Macs

Been using this product for years. My biggest beef is with your update process. I use a Mac and when I go to install state editions and or software updates to federal/state editions then update doesn't work. It looks like it downloads but just keeps cycling back to the update screen. For the last 2 years I've had to go onthe support chat and ask them to send me the links to the state editions so I could manually download and install them
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have been using H&R Block for over 20 years, that should say enough. I have not used the state for several years and feel it could be a little more helpful. I am awaiting a K-1 from a failed business. I cannot file federal but the business is out of state and will not matter. Block will not allow me to file state and no reason is given

Cons: Time consuming
