I felt that the software did a pretty good job of walking me through the tax filing process. However, when the marketing said that I get one free state, I naturally assumed that meant I'd prepare AND e-file for that state. The software did NOT include a state e-file, so now I'm pretty much going to duplicate all the state filing effort by using my state's online filing process. Mr. Block, nobody likes a sneak.
I would recommend this to a friend!
