The Federal return was rejected due an error in a birth date entry that was not captured by the automatic scan for errors. This then caused a the rejection of the state return that resulted in the entry of my credit card causing a duplicate charge (both charges are still pending). Monitor of charges will be done and a follow up will be taken if both charges were processed.
