This is the most frustrating tax software I have ever used. Constantly have to redo everything, then it doesn't recognize my computer, or password, won't let me print, etc.

Took me forever to get this to work. Specifically it kept complaining that I had not entered my tip income of which I have none, and my W-2 said zero for. Yet Block the final problem turned out to be that Block created an IRS tip reporting form with zero on it and kept insisting it needed me to add something. Finally I just deleted the form altogether and then Block was happy. Also natters me about tax forms which place "Florida" in the state tax area with zero withholding. They insist on having the IRS payee number for the company which did not withhold anything.
