The software does not include all of the AZ forms. I had to print and mail the forms included in software and download and manually complete the forms not included. Fortunately I know how to complete the forms; others may not. The forms have been missing for years, so next year I’m going to switch software

I use it because I been using it, doing tax is not a fun matter, tax software help a lot, I start using H&R Block because it costed less then Turbo tax at the time of purchase.
I do run into a problem every year when I do my MASS return that I have to spend a lot of time fixing, which I hope the software can just take care of that automatically, which the the difference on the Fed and State on long term and short term difference, for some reason it can't just carry over to the state return.
I have to spend a lot of time and trying to figure out what went wrong, and the software didn't seem to help other then just keep telling me the problem that there is a difference between the Fed and State.

I would have given a 5 but the fact that I can't import an external form into the Ohio tax part of the program as a receipt for the Angel Scholarship Program forced me to NOT be able to file electronically.... I think Turbo Tax allows this function...

On some parts of your return process I find the help, faq section useless. I need a more clear answer to my questions on that part of the return and there really is any offered. I personally feel 10 to 20 years ago the help section was better. Also your NJ system for is not 100% accurate to NJ form.If you take a distribution from an IRA or 401K, NJ allows you not to include percentage of your investment that NJ tax already. But your need to know original investment and total value if investment in Dec and whatever previous distribution you made.Whikr most people will not know or have this data of original investment and instructions make it clear it might not be a sustainable change in your filing, should not the software do this calculation.
