Purchased Delux product claiming that I can include foreign account. I have entered 12 account details. At the time of Efile it throws an error that only 5 accounts are allowed. Is it a joke? You better be transperent about limitations of the product. Atleast give me a heads up while I am entering details of my accounts as soon as it passes your limit

I have used HR Block for many years. While it gets the job done it is lacking in the area of user friendly interface for data imput . The biggest improvement would be a opening page with a list of forms in the order that they are called for in the program, so you don't have to search through a stack of forms for the correct one.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
