I’ve used this software for years, including itemized deductions, and self employment and rental property income. It’s straightforward and easy. This year was the first tile I used e-file. I was surprised that during the review, e-file required more info for highlighted items even though I met stated criteria to leave blank, unlike paper filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Overall good software, been using it for several years, but could use some improvements. Had to research schedule K-1, that took some time. Took more time than I expected and don't remember the improvements that I would like to see. Good value for the money. Will use again next year.

Product is mostly ok and a fair value, but the constant checking about updates and then encountering incredibly slow update downloads is very annoying.
Cons: Time consuming
