Very easy to use. Walks you through the process. Asks questions to make sure you take advantage of all possible deductions and properly report income and expenses. Reasonably priced. Very easy to submit return, print return, save return, etc.

Ok for the most part, but 2 tax seasons in a row i have lost a portion of the refund i was supposed to receive because of the program asked a question regarding tax credits.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
