Purchase and activation were simple. Program has worked well in the past, and this year was just as good. I like how easily it imports data, and the interview format is convenient. Navigation has always had a snag or two. This year it skipped a screen that caused my Federal return to be rejected, but it also provided a quick remedy. Overall, it's a good value, especially in comparison to TurboTax.
