Okay, but still needs improvement on the support part and for first timers. Some of the verbiage was a little misleading and made it difficult to decipher. The support for chat was just crazy. I waited for hours at 100 in line, then went to next in line, then back to like seven then kicked me out. I think, if you had short video clips would help significantly (to show different scenarios).
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The program is pretty accurate as far as the mechanics of calculating taxes goes, but it is still a bit difficult to use without some prior knowledge of tax law. It doesn't handle anything out of the ordinary. Getting credit for a newly-installed electric car charger proved to be impossible for the 2019 tax year and forced me to file on paper. I would like a state filing to be included in the price of the software.
