I bought the deluxe + state software and am having issues. It is not updating and I purchased NC State and it has not downloaded on my computer. I am very disappointed this year and will probably not use this again. The sad part is I have always used your software since I been doing my taxes and between last year and this year it has not been good. I called your support and they are sending me a link to update the software. I hope that it works.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this software this year as I have been using it for several years. The biggest issue I had is lack of any RMD information requirements. I just turned 73 in 2024 and it was hard to find where the RMD information was needed to be put in my tax submission. Also, it would be a recommend that there be a place to put the next year RMD information (as my IRA companies had provided me RMD info earlier).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
