Been using this software for a very long time. This year was awful. Charged me twice to send state because Federal not accepted first time. And never got Federal accepted. I had to mail it in. Not sure I will use again.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I used the program to estimate my personal income tax that I would incur primarily from my real estate business. The program did not calculate Section 199 deduction properly, resulting in a huge overpayment of taxes (which I subsequently got a refund for using another program).

I don't know if it is your software or the IRS, but we were never able to submit our return electronically. We finally had to print and mail.
