Easy to use...but...the IRS denied Bulk of Refund.

Easy to work with, but the IRS has massively denied my calculated refunds (reducing them by over 80%) in spite of the software telling me the return was zero risk. This has happened in both of the past two years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
