It was easy, with a minor problem. Through MY error, (2) W-2 worksheets opened. When I filed, the return was rejected. it took about 10 minutes of going over information to finally detect the second work sheet. It would be helpful if a duplicate form was opened that a notice would be given.

This was the 4th tax season that I've used HRB to prepare by tax return. It has always worked well. I have only 1 complaint, which has been consistent over the past 4 years. Anytime I find myself in an atypical situation like reporting foreign or REIT dividends, the program refers me to the IRS instructions for a particular form for the answer. I suppose I should give the software credit for the referral, but it would be better to have this information within the HRB platform environment.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this product for many years. The only confusing part was that this year we were filing a final tax return for a deceased person. The program kept printing out that it had to be mailed in. However it did allow us to efile and it was accepted by the IRS. Just a little confusing, and since it was a "deceased" tax return, I wasn't sure if it could be efiled or not.

Your software was good, however, you should tell people they need an IRS PIN on First Screen. I was completely confused when I kept getting error messages that IRS would not recogize the PIN because your software has another page for a PIN that says next to it "any number." Took me some research to know I had to got to IRS site and find the PIN.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
