I have been using this software for a number of years. I was dissatishfied that they did not keep up with new rules. They could not handle the changes to form 1099-G. A call to the help line proved totally useless.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this software for many years. The designers of this software think of everything. Just answer the questions and the forms are filled in automatically. It takes the stress out of filing taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I've been using H&R Block Tax Software for about 12 years. I am pleased with the software every year. I've never had any problems. I use it to report W-2s, and 1099 Forms. I use both the Federal and State. Saves so much time transferring all the federal information to the state program. Not sure why people still spend time doing themselves.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Software generally works and seems pretty complete for federal. Very disappointed that the SC state package that I paid for would not let me file without including state form 2210. This common form should have been in the state package. State contact assured me there was no reason not to submit electronically and follow up with state later. Had to file paper which defeats the purpose of buying that functionality.
