Not quite as easy as I expected. Return initially rejected, I had to make a minor correction and resubmit. I was forced to call for assistance in order to resubmit because instructions were clear as mud. Call center assistant was able to walk me through resubmission process.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using H&R Block tax software for many years. Always happy with the results. The only thing I would mention though is the fact that this year (2024) it didn’t do as good a job importing my information from last years software.
Pros: Easy to prepare
