This has worked well for me over the years. I was disappointed that they did not send me a card for their program until near the end of March. That forced me to look at other programs. Was this program better than the others, No, but I was used to using it in the past and was glad that it imported a lot of last years data.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Two much non-essential information is asked for. For example, the government doesn’t need my IRA account number so why are we storing it in this program for the tax form.

I imported all tax documents from brokerage houses. On Vanguard, the tax software did not pick up the description of securities correctly. It prompted me (the user) to make the corrections. This happened for at least two years in a roll.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
