We have been using your software for several years. Our experience has generally been positive, but sometimes find it difficult to navigate to where we would like to be. Explanations are generally clear, but sometimes confusing. I can't think of examples at this time though.

I think it sucks that your business model is to keep taxes complicated so you can sell a software to make it less complicated. Also, if I am paying to have my taxes filed with you, why do I have to pay an additional fee for you to file my state taxes? If your whole product is filing taxes, you should file all my taxes.
