The software worked as expected, but I paid extra for a version allowing state e-file. Because of a new requirement in WV regarding personal property tax credits, I cannot e-file. I should be refunded the extra money I paid for the premium software.

I really like your software but feel like the usability has slipped a bit in recent years. Overall everything is consistent year to year , however help search is not always helpful. In addition, I use an ip pin and this is always a snipe hunt, and should explain the end to end process I help

All was well, except the fact that its almost impossible to download your tax return. I don't like that feature because the software is designed, as if everyone has a printer. This feature needs to be corrected immediately.
