First time I’ve had an issue with the software. I finished Fed and State, filed the returns which were accepted by both on Sunday, but after saving the files, today I went to check status and my return isn’t even registered in the software. It actually asked me to register the app, which I had done over a month ago. Both returns that were saved are gone and a search doesn’t find them either. Additionally, the app wouldn’t close and had to be ended. Hoping I don’t need them and that my returns were actually filed. Not happy.

The 2024 Deluxe release was a least a little better than terrible 2023's Deluxe, regarding the constant updates to Federal and State. Seems most update changes were finally finished by 02/28/25

Lack of information as to why certain monetary values were used by the software to autofill specific fields. Software unable to direct me to resources or the specific tax document info field for input.
