H&R Block is the easiest Tax program around. The questions are clear, the resourses for program are readily availabe for easy access and help is available if you need it.

I have been using H&R for over 10 years. Data entry can be a little confusing your first year, but then it's very easy after that. I did Federal and State for my mother and my brother as well.

reasonable program until you get to end and attempt to file electronically. Too many steps to follow and when you think you are finished, it has you go through a number of additional pages. Am sure there are a lot of filers that thought they had filed and then had to check with irs to see if the filing was actually received.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
