Very User Friendly!

I think this is the fifth or sixth year I have used this product. I'm so happy with how it walks you through each step. You can easily go back if you missed something. And you can always search if there is something you can not find. Then before you submit you click on review and the program lets you know know if something looks wrong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

25 Years of Great Tax Service

As a long-time user of H&R Block/Taxcut, I’ve learned to appreciate the software’s full features and the backing of the H&R Block enterprise. This simplifies taxes—even in complex situations. While the software is very good, I have a few “wants” for improvement:
* a built-in to-do checklist that helps me keep track of all the documents and steps
* ability to turn off verification warnings after I’ve reviewed them; they never go away which obscures real problems
* let me chat with a tax professional through the software—the chatbot is not very good
* direct me to a drill-down help facility when software edits currently instruct me to talk to an H&R Block professional
* a built-in to-do checklist that helps me keep track of all the documents and steps
* ability to turn off verification warnings after I’ve reviewed them; they never go away which obscures real problems
* let me chat with a tax professional through the software—the chatbot is not very good
* direct me to a drill-down help facility when software edits currently instruct me to talk to an H&R Block professional
I’m sure an AI version is in the works and that will likely address concerns like these (and more).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

it was OK, but disappointed that I still have to pay a fee to file the state, if you are buying the state software, it should at least include one free state submission

Sequencing of excess RMD hard to follow. Should be, what is the amount of calculated RMD. Next line what did you withdraw. Currently the withdrawal amount in on the next page, following confusing questions about correction period.
