Eveerything was ok except that I failed to get my refund because I did not send in a 1099. The instructions did not say to send it in. It was your fault that I did not send it in.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I have used this software for years but will definitely think twice about it in the future. My card was charged 7 times for filing my state return and had to file disputes with my credit card company to get of the charges reversed!

H&R Block Tax software has always been easy to use and I’ve been using it for at least 10-15 years. When I was working it always did a great job of being able to keep track of my expenses from one year to the next with only making the corrections from year to year. As a retiree things are even easier!

My parents and both experience simple problem with filing our taxes. Your software, running the final check had problem with name as it appeared on 1 form. Your tech support requested that the file be email to H&R, which we did. I am waitng for the file to be examine, fixed and return to me.

We've used the H&R Block federal and state tax program ever since it came out, and used Tax Cut prior to that. It's allowed us to continue to do our own taxes because it's updated every year and is easy to use.
