Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The APP is a little hard to navigate, but I did.For example, if you are in a catagory and need to go back to a previous entry, when you then return to this catagory you are at the beginning of this catagory, instead of where you were.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used HR Block tax software for over 10 years and never had a problem. I am no tax expert (who is?) but it steps me through the input and makes it easy. I suggest you give it a try.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Taxes are still a massive headache, but this helps

I don't think it's possible to make filing taxes easy, but this software takes most of the confusion out of it - not all, but most. The cost of the download should include filing the state return as well as the federal, though. Why include the preparation software if you're still going to charge extra to file the prepared return?

I’ve used this software for nine years, and it is easy to prepare my return. My wife and I are retired now, and our return is simple. It takes maybe twenty minutes to finish. I have never encountered a problem.
