I've been using this software for quite some time. At least a decade. This is the FIRST time that it didn't send amount owed to the IRS. Monies went to state, but not federal. So, I received a bill in the mail this week.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It doesn't let you file non resident state returns but you don't find that out until you have purchased the program.
Pros: Easy to prepare

It crashed several times when preparing a return. The first time I lost over an hour of work. I ended up submitting to IRS late. It crashed several times later when I tried again. Finally I got everything submitted

very difficult to navigate thru the homeowner and investments information. I was left feeling very un sure if calculations were correct. Called for support and the representative was very unconcerned about my return. Also the filing fee for the State return is absurd.

I have had my return rejected three times.

I cannot figure out why the IRS has rejected my return THREE times. I have used the software for many years, nothing has changed, but for some reason, it will not accept my return. Very frustrated.
