Works as advertised. Some screens ask for information that it doesn't explain well. I had to rely on some IRS publications this year more than any time in the past using this program.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

We have used this product for years. It carries information forward from prior returns automatically. It enables imports of voluminous data from financial institutions. It asks appropriate questions and makes efficient use of information. It did require us to verify every line item, however. Also, I wish it had allowed us to efile our PA return this year. It did not, and so we had to print and mail 49 pages. This was the first year that has happened. Don't know if it was a change in the software or the PA requirements. Also, sometimes it makes us examine "the whole form" instead of just depositing the information properly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used this software for several years and I have always been happy with it. The ease of the interview just cycles me through the process. My return is not complexed but I do have several considerations that have to be included. H&R Block's software never lets me down.
