I have used this product for several years and find it very user-friendly. My kids now use it as well because it is so easy to follow the directions and enter the data. Improvements each year make it better and better. I just wish you did not charge for state submissions. I wish that could be included in the price.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

This was the first time in 10 years that I have not been completely satisfied with H&R Block. I have two accounts managed by Fidelity that generate over 1000 1099-B transactions. I imported the transactions from Fidelity, but it is extremely time consuming to H&R Block software to review these items. It would be much better if a report or spreadsheet could be exported for verification.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have been using this product for a number of years and the process for entering data correctly is very straight forward. When e-filing, the instructions are not clear. In my case i needed to pay the amount owed from my checking account. The payment worked fine but I wasn't sure if I needed to save my file again or not.

H&R Block software works well, though is sorely overdue for a modernization. Hasn't really changed in, like, 20 (?) years. This DOESN'T mean to dumb it down, or to design the UI/UX for a phone!!! Also, sometimes in state taxes, relatively common functions/worksheets are left to us to do manually. For what we're spending, this is really frustrating. Finally, please stop printing SSNs at the top of every page of worksheets!!!
