Ease of access, accessibility not great-text size

The tax software works fine but the text is small and lettering color is grey so it can be hard to read. The screen layout doesn't support increasing the font size very well because the NEXT button and some of the text disappears off the right side of the screen as thentext size increases. If you have K1s, it can be hard to figure out where to input the data, but that may be true with Turbo Tax as well
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Some information and explanations could be more out front and easier to find. Most of your customers only see your product once a year so it’s hard to remember issues from year to year. Your prechecked box for Federal e-filing caused me to pay for it instead of using the free option. Not happy
