The tax software does the basic math well. However, the user interface and the text included is terribly confusing and requires a lot of reading and re-reading to ensure accurate filing. Also, the fact that you could use pat of refund to buy Ibonds is hidden well inside the program, resulting in me missing this altogether! Spend some time improving the navigation, text and flow of your screens

I received a letter from the IRS stating my refund was wrong. Your software was way off. The amount I ended up getting was less than half what you said I was owed

Been using the software for 25 plus years .... very happy with it's features. Same basic interface - looks and feel - that I don't have to relearn each year. Tax changes are just added into a familiar software package.
