Not intuitive, Correction AMess

Used HR B for first time, difficult to use, not intuitive, and difficult to review, forms not displayed. If error made efile charges for each refile. If efile rejected only a hint of what issue is, no guidance to line in need of correction.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed with the printing sequence of the return pages for my records. It adds the filing instructions to the return itself. That is, if the filing instructions consist of one page, the first page of the return is included on the backside of the instructions, so that the second page of the return starts a new sheet. Worse, the pages of the return are mixed. For example, the 1040-SR consists of three pages. It printed the first two, thene page 1 of Form 8606. Then on the back of that was page three of the 1040-SR, then, on the next sheet came page 2 of Form 8606. I had to resordt to printing each page separately. When I did, Schedules 1, 2, and 3 printed as well, all filled with zeroes, even though these were not included in the electronic filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
