I don't want to be unfair, as the majority of the program works very smoothly, and I appreciate that it walks me through all the pieces and parts. The part of the program I find pretty frustrating -- just about every year -- is the wrap-up and presentation of errors and warnings. It's usually not clear to me what the actual problem is, so sometimes I make a change, sometimes I leave it alone, and this year, I think I deleted the entire form that I was being warned about. Hope I didn't need it.

A glitch in their software for a state return prevented efiling. However, their agents worked very hard at bypassing the glitch and solved the problem. Kudos to them.
