Overall fine but MO State filing instruction wrong

This software has been about the same for many years and works for most situations. The last couple of years, the MO state filing instructions page is incomplete. The mailing address is not the same as the one on the tax form and the tax form was lost when sent to that address. If filing multiple state tax returns, it used to remind you to send other state returns with the MO return as MO requires but that disappeared. It also does not tell you to send copies of public pension and SSA docs as MO requires to prove their tax deduction.

Not enough explanations for new rules as you are going along and why thing don't impact refund amount. The biggest issue is way over 10% AGI in Medical bills and it had no impact on refund verses standard deductions. You absolutely need to explain why that happens when it does happen. Makes your software look very broken.

Charged twice for filing.

I like hr block software. However, I filed my return to the IRS electronically using a credit card and was charged the processing fee, which was reasonable. The IRS rejected my return and I fixed the error. I filed again and block charged me another processing fee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I paid more to get the software that would do both Federal and State and Income tax'. Then I had to pay still more to file my state tax. This seems excessive.
