2022 Software is Terrible

Would not update - looped me in an almost endless cycle to update my federal and state software. But it would let me eFile - took credit card info (through a series of 4 times and 4 hits against my credit card) before it decided to allow the eFile to work. I've used this software for 8 years but next year switching to TurboTax due to the crap quality of this tear's software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In general I found this tool to be all I needed to process my tax return. However, for tax year 2022, I needed to attach a PDF document, which i discovered is not possible with the Deluxe version. Consequently, I can not file electronically. This is a major letdown for me.
