Very user friendly! It asks you all the questions and all you have to do is answer them. Just like having an interview about your years spending. It suggests things to jog your memory and reminds you of things you may have forgotten. It also suggests things you may want to keep track of for future years. And until you submit it, you are free to review and change your return as many times as you need. Although I have never needed them, you have experts just a click away for any questions you may have.

The import ability for 1099s was not functional for a long period after 2/15/23 which prevented many from filing taxes early, Many customers will use other products next year as a result. This function needs to be tested and available prior to 1/31 every year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using this tax software for almost a decade now and it has been flawless. It is so easy to use and easily guides you through the process of filling out the various forms. Our investment 1099s make filing somewhat complicated but with this software, it's straightforward and accurate. With electronic filing, our refund was in our account in approximately 2 weeks. The cost is a pittance compared to what we would pay a CPA to prepare our return. I cannot recommend this software highly enough.
