Works well but...it seems to be getting a little more complicated, less intuitive as the years go pass. We've been using this tax program for more the ten years and been retired for 3. Simpler taxes but...?

Easy to use, will populate information from last year's return. Makes filing electronically a snap. Filing state return cost but you can print out the return and mail it in. If you owe it allows you to pick how to pay and choose a date to pay. Makes getting a refund fast and easy.

Data migration has been buggy for years w/o improvement. Little confidence in passing final integrity check w/o reviewing forms for missing or misplaced information. Will never use again to do taxes.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
