While this software is generally easy to use its electronic filing system has now failed twice causing my Federal return to be rejected. What I find most troubling is that the software allowed me to submit a return that H&R had to know would not be accepted. This is just sloppy software administration that needs to be fixed and a few people fired.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H & R Block software for several years. The software is always up to date. The steps are easy to follow. I was able to complete my taxes in one day this year. I had all my tax papers ready in advance which makes it easy. I suggest that other people should try using the H & R Block
software.

I was very disappointed with the software and will not use again. First, I couldn’t print to a PDF without uninstalling my printers. Customer support was able to resolve so evidently this was a known problem. Also another glitch in the program would not allow me to efile. Customer Support solution was to file on paper which I feel is unacceptable.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
