You are in complete control filling out your taxes. Desktop software is responsive and full-featured. Only thing that keeps it from 5-stars is the User Interface; it should be brought up-to-date for high resolution and clarity.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Very reliable generally. Chat portion for questions was slow and couldn't give me an answer. Had to go to the actual stat's website to get the form I needed.
