Easy to use and quick for my rather basic retur. I have with investment income and retirement using standard deduction. One on line state return should be free like federal. Paying for submission to mass state is annoying

Helps make the way too complex tax code manageable. I have run into an issue the last two years that the program did under calculate the tax due to Kansas as I live in Kansas and work in Missouri.

Well designed . This year there was a sale of a property owned and rented where I did not live. It all worked out but was a bit confusing as it --- the transaction and form - seemed to be ASKED in two places --- but the result on that one NEW type input and output was correct and the questions very easy to understand and logical

I have used the same software for over 15 years through its iterations of slight company/name changes. It makes it so easy each year populating my data from the prior year to the new year and asking me what it is I need to answer to file my taxes. Each year I file around mid-February, and typically have my refunds back within 8-15 days...this year was no exception. Thanks!

I've been using H&R Block to do my taxes for as long as I can remember. I've talked with other people who use accountants and can't belive how much they're paying. I trust H&R Block to get me the most in refunds, and to pay the least amount of taxes, and get the most deductions I am entitled to. The dialouge is so easy to understand in the online software. And when I take a completed copy to my financial advisor when I am finished, she reviews it and compliments me for my accuracy. I owe it all to H&R Block.
