Print function failure

The PDF files truncated the right side of the page which was a real problem. Because the PDF would not create successfully I could not print my return. I believe all information was entered correctly, but could only review online. Called technical support multiple times but they were not helpful. Why would a basic print/PDF option not work properly?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not user friendly to people with poor eyesight.

I have problem reading small letters and the software does not have option to make the letters bigger without disappearing from the page. Even with my prescription eyeglasses, I have to be 12 to 16 inches near the monitor to read clearly. All the other software have this option, why not TaxCut.
Pros: Easy to import documents

The H&R BLOCK DELUXE Software has been the easiest and best program for my Fed and State tax filing needs. At age 80 and retired the ease of use program and correction feature is just wonderful and puts my trust in what I am filing via e-file. Once accepted by the Fed and State Tax Departments the returns are deposited within one to several weeks into my checking account.
