Still looking for a feature that summarizes all of the input numbers to make it easy to double-check keyed in entries and selections. Some codes and code values (e.g. code V, "Stmt") still not properly handled in the software.

I have used H&R Block for many years with consistent ease. The software is easy to use and handles all of the different elements of my tax reporting requirements. It makes tax preparation a 2 - 3 hour process instead of a 2 -3 day process.

I changed to the HR Block product a couple of years ago as my former tax software just kept getting more and more expensive. I did need the Deluxe version because of my financial investments and for the most part, switching from my old tax software to the HR was fairly simple. The step by step process is very comprehensive, and I skip over a lot of is as I am retired and the stuff I skipped did not apply to me. There were a couple of sections that took me several tries to figure out how to correctly enter the data to give me the proper results. But all in all, the HR Block software is a rock solid product.
