Certain important forms like Form 8911 for EV charger installation credit are not supported by the software, requiring a manual workaround and mailing in your return. Why would these not be supported???
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare

As for the last 7 years or so, HR Block software has made my tax filing easy and quick. All I do is gather up the necessary information and within an hour, my work is done and Federal and State taxes filed. Whether I pay or get a refund, the process is equally easy.
